
Before working with Brian I was getting 4 pounds down here or 7 pounds there but I would go right back to my regular weight. That all changed once Brian provided me with a meal plan to control my calorie intake, the proper ebooks to read so i could better understand my body , also he made an exercise program that fit my needs I lost 16 lbs,and 2 inches off my waist in the first month and a half alone. Today I'm down 102 lbs.. I feel great look better and have a new outlook on life.

It's been about 18 months now that I have had Brian Walker as my trainer! I see Brian about 3 days a week and work out 2 days on my own. I have always been a smaller build but always wanted my body to look fit.
What I like about the work outs that Brian has given me is that they are fun but challenging. I love that every session is always a different work out, so I don't get bored. I have really enjoyed him as my trainer because he really shows he cares about my results. He has kept me motivated for so long now, working out has become my life style. I started out a 128lbs and now weight 120(19% Body fat) with my cloths way to big for me now. I eat healthy during the week and have the weekends as my cheat days. I actually have Biceps now and look fit. Now, I feel more energetic and confident in the way I look!
